Multi-layered SU-8 (optimised?)

Hi Everybody (Hi dr nick) I was wondering if anyone had done any multi-layered SU-8 work at all? I'm trying to find the ideal bake times for several layers taking into account the diffusion of solvents from the layers above. Naturally i will be conducting a study of it myself but if anyone ahs already done any work there, i would be very interested in any results or suggestions:-) Take it easy all.
