SU-8 on sacrificial wafer

HI all, First time posting here - I'm new to SU-8! I need to create SU-8 structures on a sacrificial wafer for later dissolving of the wafer and release of the structure after bonding to another (non-sacrificial) wafer. I've tried an ABS / Acetone system with some success but there must be some better system. Anyone had experience of similar any assistance appreciated Steve
