Hi Seb, After long long time we still have the same problem, but we cannot develop the unexposed SU-8 and then deposit the metal, we need to deposit the metal first, to then remove the SU-8 and this way get a flat suspended membrane. We are using sputtering and it looks the technique itself because of combination of light and heat will give always bad results, if any idea...
