Hai, Can any one tell me whether the obsorption coefficeint of all SU 8 blends are same..If so can you mention the range or else I want for SU 8 2100 blend.. I want to expose SU 8 for 350um to 500um range..Can any one suggest me the range of exposure dose.. Thankyou in advance Riyaz
