Hi! As you know the SU-8 photoresist almost don't absorb above 365nm. That is the SU-8 photoresist is I-line photosensitive photoresist. the absorption coefficient of the SU-8 photoresist is 1*10^4 (m-1) at the 365nm. I hope this information will be help to you. Best regards
