Fabs or foundries that can do double layer SU8?

Dear all, I was wondering if there's anyone on here who works for (or knows of) a MEMS fab/foundry that can make double-layer (two heights) SU-8 structures. Roughly speaking, these structures would consist of a ~5 micron layer with features comparable in width, and a thicker layer of ~50-100 micron with coarser features, again comparable in width. I work for a company in the UK and would say the closer the better, but I'm open to any suggestions. Many thanks in advance. Regards, Wouter Meuleman
