Rogue Wave Software chair, CEO resigns

Boulder-based Rogue Wave Software (Nasdaq: RWAV, $2.25) announced Friday that Chairman and Chief Executive John Floisand has resigned.

Kathleen E. Brush is now president and chief executive of the software firm, which recently reported it had about 200 employees, though there have been significant staff cuts, mainly out of state.

Brush was Rogue Wave's vice president of marketing and engineering.

The firm said Floisand resigned for personal reasons.
